Our services in detail
- Design & planning: CAD-based 3D design to your requirements. Material selection, structural design and statics consulting — stable, durable and economical solutions.
- Laser cutting: Nukon 24 kW fiber laser — precise, burr-free, dimensionally accurate cutting of sheet, profiles and tubes.
- Bending & folding: DENER 6-axis press brake (6 m, 400 t) for accurate bends on large parts — repeatable precision.
- CNC milling & machining: OKUMA 6-axis centers for complex contours with top precision and surface quality.
- Welding: Certified to EN ISO 3834 and DIN EN 1090. MIG, MAG, TIG, spot and robotic welding with OTC technology.
- Surface finishing: In-house industrial painting & powder coating (24 m × 6 m, fully automatic) — pretreatment, coating, curing.
- Assembly & final inspection: Mechanical/functional assembly, final testing & documentation — certificates, test reports and CE on request.
