Prototype Production
Prototyping — from idea to finished product
We are your reliable partner for end-to-end prototyping — from the first sketch to an assembly ready for installation. With state-of-the-art manufacturing, skilled staff and certified quality management, we produce custom prototypes in steel, aluminium or stainless steel — precise, fast and cost-effective.
Our key advantage: every step is in-house. That guarantees top quality, short lead times and maximum flexibility — from one-offs to small batches.
Our capabilities at a glance
A fully equipped shop for modern metal prototyping: sheet processing, CNC milling, welding, finishing — complete manufacturing from a single source.
Process steps in detail
- Laser cutting: Nukon 24 kW fiber laser for high-precision cutting of steel, stainless and aluminium — burr-free and dimensionally accurate.
- Bending: DENER 6-axis CNC press brake — precise bends up to 6 m, accurate geometries and complex shapes.
- CNC milling & machining: OKUMA 5/6-axis machining centers for complex parts with top precision and surface quality.
- Welding: Certified to EN ISO 3834 / DIN EN 1090. MIG, MAG, TIG, robotic and spot welding with OTC systems.
- Surface finishing: In-house powder coating (24×6 m, fully automatic, rail system) & industrial painting — durable and robust.
- Assembly & final inspection: Functional assembly, quality checks, measurement & documentation — incl. test report and factory certificate.
From concept to reality — fast, precise, efficient
We support you from concept and design to the finished assembly: engineering, material selection and process optimization for functional, economical, production-ready prototypes.
An integrated manufacturing chain means fewer interfaces, fewer errors and less transport: shorter lead times, top dimensional accuracy and reliable delivery.
